I booked my rental online and confirmed picked up for 2pm. I arrived and the lady behind the counter did not have record of my reservation. She looked at her paper list 5 times before finally pulling it up in the system. After seeing my reservation in the system she proceeded to tell me “we don’t have any cars” with a blank stare. I had to make a call myself to reservations to arrange for pick up at the airport location. Unprofessional and unacceptable! Will never rent from this location again!

The person at the desk was very professional and set me up with a nice car while mine is in the shop. Very good price for a 20 day rental!

Giving this location a 1 star. I have been to this location twice with no one there. They are clearly open but with a sign that says will return soon. They should not leave the office with no one to run the place. Unfortunately its the only place my husbands work uses. Everyone's time is valuable and should not be wasted on an inconsiderate company that will not pay for additional staff to help.

There is only one person handling this location.  She does not answer the phone, or has the phone transferred to the Harrisonburg, VA location.  Impossible to get in touch with.  When she answered after trying numerous times for a couple of days she does not have cars, and her answer is check back within the next couple of days.  This is not the HERTZ i know, you need to manage the location better
