Have had to use this location for 2 auto claims and have consistently had issues between Enterprise and my insurance. Instead of being solution minded in working with my insurance to solve the issues, reps at this location have instead told me "tough luck" when issues were easily resolved with further communication on my part. Agents clearly are interested in completing the transactions as quickly as possible as opposed to getting it right.

My family and I had a big weekend planned and our Jeep decided it was the perfect time to have computer issues. I had never rented a car before but decided to rent one from   Enterprise Salem. They made sure I was well taken care of off the bat. The young man at the front desk explained everything that I would need to know and went over the paperwork with me so I felt comfortable. We even got a free upgrade  to a Kia Optima which rode smoothly and comfortably fit my family. All in all I would absolutely go back to Enterprise Salem.

I have been renting from this office in Salem for over 10 years. The staff is unfailingly helpful, courteous and accommodating. And it's not a "phony" customer service - it's genuine, where I feel they are really listening to what I have to say, and making every effort to give me the best "ride" and service possible.  If I could rate them higher than 5 stars, I would.
