*WARNING*
     I have rented with Hertz many times, went to pick up a car that my fiancé and I had reserved and was refused. Because of some new policy anyone driving needs a credit card.
We have neverhad a problem before.

Good experience. Most full size cars are toyota camrys. Would have liked if there were different cars. Helpful staff.

Samantha was very helpful on the rental and on the area.  She gave good input on the area.  Very easy to talk to.  A good representation of the people that live and work in the Duluth area.  I rent with Hertz a lot, enjoyed the experience at this location.
