I received furniture from this store in July of 2016. I signed up for a two year contract. My payments are due on the 15th of every month. I recently did some over spending for my daughter birthday this month (mother’s bad habit I guess). Anyway long story short I needed to set up a payment arrangement and rep by the name of Tony flat told me No and we’ll be there to pick up my furniture in the morning. I will be paying out the act in July of 2018. Instead of working with me Tony kept threatening to pick up my almost 2 year old furniture. All I could say is wow... smh

They forgot to bring my mattress the first day of delivery with my best. Can never pay online because there's either always maintenance or there are no leases that match my name. I've had calls saying I didn't pay even though I asked for it to be set up to be taken straight from my card on due date. And I still can't get an online account to show for the millionth time trying. I really hope things change because this may be my first and only time leasing from Aaron's.

The initial process to get approved was easy! Delivery was not as fast due to holidays & the delivery date was changed due to a broken frame which should of been checked before that day. Had to wait another 3 days. The staff is friendly & willing to work with you if there are any misunderstandings on payments

Sub par experience. Why would you call me the day of delivery to say, oh we need more info?! Then I have to wait for a refund of cash?
