Great customer service!  Was in the store yesterday and was promptly greeted by an associate who got what we needed, answered questions, and got us set up at the register without delay!  We have made several purchases here over the past year including small electronics and also a fridge, washer and dryer which were each delivered and installed on time and in a professional manner.  Highly recommended!

We were in the store for 20 minutes before anyone approached us. We were looking for a refrigerator. When someone finally came over he told us he only sells TV we then waited another 10-15 mins. The store was empty. The transaction took forever because of the many mistakes on their part. We were promised it the Monday before thanksgiving as we were hosting 20 for dinner. It came on Monday but they refused to install due to the fact the sales person didn't ask about water lines. The new fridge is in our living room while the old one is in the kitchen. Did I mention 20 people coming. Numerous calls with promises of return calls which never happened. It's Tues night. With all we are thankful for, hhgreggs Service is not on the list. 
    Finally got a return call and the installer returned to install late Wed.  We had given the space dimensions as 35" wide to the sales person. He measured the top of the fridge and told us no problem the fridge was 33.5" well it wasn't. We needed to remove the molding around the space to get the 36" fridge to squeeze into the space. We were promised a refund for the installation and have not received it as of yet. Story  could go on longer but you get the idea. Run do not walk away from Downingtown's HH Gregg

Layout was great. I knew what I wanted and salesperson directed me to it immediately. He was professional and had ideas that worked for me. They pair the TV's with the stands to fit so you don't waste time looking for something that doesn't work.  While there I noted other appliances I could use and expect I will probably be back.  I loved the furniture section too.  I was there a few years ago and was not as impressed.  I guess they really improved and older reviews do not apply any more.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The installation team is a joke.  call center leaves you on hold for ever and never has answers. I would never buy another thing from This store. The sales person Marvin was the only positive experience we had with our purchase . He was knowledgeable and attentive. After that it all went down hill.  After getting the run around from everyone I tried to call I went into the store. The store Manager (Joe)  led me to believe he was going to help me work out my issues. That was weeks ago. After two emails and two calls with no response,   I have giving up on him as well.

Our most recent experience with HHGregg was horrible.  We bought a new dishwasher in part because of our excellent experience with HHGregg last fall.  The installation guys were due between 9-11 yesterday and never showed up.  They never called either.  We called the installation hot line and they said they'd be out this morning between 9-11.  They called this morning to confirm, but then still didn't show up!  We called the installation hot line and then finally, around 1:30, after both my wife and I called, they came to the house. Just horrible service.
