I normally love the Exchange and prefer going there then any other game store. Unfortunately, my most recent experience makes me never want to visit this location again. The manager of the store is very rude. He seems to not care about customers at all. I hate to have to write a bad review on a store I love so much.

Met some girls with blue hair who were definitely high. We had a good time. They introduced me to some cool new music. Definitely recommend this place as long as those girls are there.

I've been going to either of The Exchange locations in Indianapolis for the better half of the last decade. Castleton's store is bigger. Broad Ripple's location couldn't be better.  It is right on the Strip. I collect comic books, & it all began at The Exchange. At the time they were selling a plethora of comic books they had come across from a trade-in. You can sell your old electronics, video games & systems,  music & movies, and any collectable toy merchandise damn near! They will give you either cash, or 20% more store cred. Way WAY better than Disc Replay or Gamestop, HANDS DOWN! I did not give 5* because they do not negotiate at all, even though they're selling gently used items.

Staff is always so friendly and helpful. I was a bit sad when I heard some of the stores were getting rid of their comic book sections, but overall it doesn't take away from the fact that they're amazing.
