I love this place and have for years. Mainly for the television selection and prices, along with the random little pieces that only a Radio Shack used to have. 
BUT. The condition of the stores interior and exterior is embarrassing. Leaks all over the place with buckets around to catch drops, parking lot is riddled with trash and pot holes. The shelves are usually quite bare and display pieces not working or not hooked up at all. The theater room has been a joke for years as its hardly ever on and when it is, its far from properly set up or calibrated.  Really seems like a management thing where they simply do not care or are unqualified.

This store uses to be so much more. Now it's just a shell of it's former self. Shelves are disorganized and sloppy. Half the items I looked at were in open boxes or poorly packaged returns. Nobody asked to help me find what I was looking for. Checkout was a joke. About 20 people in line, and only one register open. There were a dozen employees standing around in the checkout area not doing anything. Sad, but I probably won't ever be back.

Great prices and staff. Very friendly and willing to go that extra mile in service to the customer. I highly recommend when you need it now to consider them as they have an extensive inventory of everything electronic. Computers, Tv's, appliances, toys, lots if tools, check out their website amazing.

I've always enjoyed visiting a Fry's when I can. Unfortunately this one needs better staff. A couple guys we talked to were great. But an associate we talked to, that was dressed like a manager, basically blew us off. We asked about an item's price on the clearance table and he said he wasn't sure and then started playing on his cell phone. Now I understand why a lot of associates were on their cell phones on the sales floor! Monkey see; monkey do.

Great products, employees are so knowledgeable they're nerdy in a good way. Just don't be a jerk to them and you will get what you need at an amazing price. They have everything from robot building supplies to perfume. The stuff in the Cafe is good too.
