Closeout sale means jacked up prices then an up to 40% off sale. Most closeout prices were the same or higher than Best Buy. No customer service while we were there. Also store is closing very soon.

Don't shop there! I bought a TV trusting that they would put all the parts (remote control, power cord, etc) in my car. Got home and the remote control was missing. Contacted them and they didn't 'find' the control and didn't help out at all.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, but posted prices were $200 higher than Best Buy for same TV.  They said they would match prices, so I guess it doesn't really matter, but for me, it's the principle.  Just post the best price, don't make me ask for it.

We bought an Electrolux dishwasher from them and they provided no support after the sale. The dishwasher was a lemon and it took 9 service calls and nearly 6 months of dealing worth the manufacturer to get a replacement with zero assistance from HH Gregg. We will never buy another product from them regardless of their pricing.
