Store was great DELIVERY WAS BAD  . Free delivery  If you want them to just sit off at your home in driveway.  You have to pay extra for each piece to be installed.  I paid for a new washer and dryer set. Came out and put  marks on my walls in hall way. Took down  a door and left it down. They cut the dryer vent tube to  SHORT so  they could not install it . So they leave it in the middle of the floor in wash room.  NO replacement on truck . NO money back. NO we will be back to fix our screw up.   I had to go to Lowes and   buy the dryer tube  again and installed it myself.     waste of  $ 90.00 .

Followed around by salesmen after telling them I was just getting a feel for what they had to offer. Changed sections and had another saleswoman try to swoop in on me before being told the original salesmen that I was already taken. I don't ever mind an employee hanging around to help me but the amount of lurking that went on here made me leave after 5 minutes.

The salesperson are not pushy about buying or running your credit. They were very friendly and to the point about products I was interested in. I'll definitely go back

We recently purchased 2 sets of may tag washers and dryers two weeks ago. We were told on the day of purchase that it would be delivered in 4 days. On the fourth day, no call or email. I called the store for them to tell me that it would be another 3 days before they could deliver. Again, no call or email. I called back up to the store and they said that it would be another week before they could have them delivered. I asked to speak to the manager to only get hung up on! I called back and was given nothing but disrespect. Turns out, they never had them in stock to begin with. Cancelled our order and took our business to lowes. Never, ever again will I return to hhgregg. Was not given any compensation for the wait, nor were we called to let us know that they were out of stock or that it was going to take 3 weeks to deliver. Gastonia, NC is a store that needs serious work in customer service. JUST HORRIBLE!!!
