Thank you for the great service Best Buy.   I'm the last person who need to shop for electronics, especially on black Friday. Wasn't able to get any help at three stores I previously went to. All my questions were answered with a smile. Thank you Cole. Cashier even went over everything to make sure I had all my discounts.  Will definitely be back.

Your “experts” suck. They never have any information on a product I’m asking about. I waited over 30 mins today for one to come unlock the Nintendo game case so I could buy my son a 3ds XL. I had to hunt down an employee 3 different times, first 2 said they were going to get the key and never returned. I did get lucky on the 3’rd employee, She actually returned with the key. Awesome customer serves guys.

I stopped into Best Buy this morning before work bc I am looking to buy a new computer. I had the best experience with Raven. She was very knowledgeable and very patient with me while I continued to ask a lot of questions during my 45 min stay. I recommend asking for Raven if you plan on going to look for a computer. You won't regret.
