Mr. Clarence was amazing. He made my car  buying experience SO pain free! He was prepared, professional, kind, informative, and straight to the point. He was willing to fix the couple of very minor things the car needed (like 2 new front tires) before I bought it. I will be recommending this place to all of my friends who need a car. These guys are great! They got my wife and approved and into the truck we wanted. Fast, courteous and professional. We absolutely love our new truck. Clarence is the best!

I believe it is only right to come back and update my review since buying a car with Crown Auto. For starters my transmission went out in my car within 2 weeks of having it. It took a month and a half to get it back due to "a new transmission is gonna cost us too much so we are looking for you a used one". I stayed with this company because I felt they were gonna make things right but then about 2 years into having the car a company calls me and basiclly saids "we have your contract now so you will start paying us your car note". When I called crown auto back they told me "well since u were a good paying customer we let your contract go". Now they have the nerve to call me wanting me to trade in my car with 8% down but no credit will transfer over from the car I have now. "A clean slate" is what they tell me I will start off with. I do not recommend this company no matter how good Inessa is with the customer service part of the company they end up doing you wrong in the end. So to the pleasant young man Marcus who tried to get me in another vehicle I thank you but I will not be getting another car from your company

The morning I met inessa, I was in a really bad place and feeling hopeless. I had very little money but had saved for a car. She turned my day around and made sure I drove off the lot THAT DAY. She is a very nice person, and so is bryan. She spent the whole day working with me and cancelled something important because she wanted to make sure I understood the terms of the contract. Aside from all of this, it's a BIG PLUS that you can build up your credit quickly with these guys if you have no credit or not-so-good credit. I recommend this place TO EVERYONE!!!! The cars are great, don't cause you any problems and look nice. I met several other customers who were very happy with the service.
