We have been with Dr. Imioisi for several years. There is only a little wait because she is caring for and listening to the patient symptoms and complaints. She has not let us down yet and I don't expect she will ever. When I couldn't breathe she made sure I was given a nebulizer and treated me in the office, not releasing me till she was sure I was ok. Dr. Imioisi is a very competant doctor.

The staff were rude and unprofessional. After an urgent care x-Ray found pneumonia, I scheduled a follow up visit with Dr. Imoisi for treatment. Told by Dr Imoisi to call back in for 2nd X-ray results in 4-5 days. Staff refused any results via call and got very rude with me when I insisted on being seen for results. Had to schedule out another visit and wait. I described the pain in my chest and dry cough, and showed vitals/triage nurse a large red node that had formed on my leg that was very painful. The nurse actually laughed at me when I described my symptoms and said she was sure it wasn't that bad and put me back in the waiting room. Three walk-in patients were then seen before me as I waited nearly two hours to be seen from my appt time and the staff seemed to purposefully be putting me off. Dr. Imoisi came in with an attitude, but then apologized and changed her demeanor when she looked at my 2nd X-ray results and realized I was much more sick than my first visit. I ended up in the hospital the following day for 3 weeks with severe pneumonia and sarcoidosis. Changed doctors and never looked back.

fast and efficient. my infant was sick and not only did they help us quickly, they found someone to deliver a nebulizer to us that night since we didn't have one

There is a long wait time but that is only due to the care and concern that Dr. Imoisi shows to her patients. After visiting with her for follow up appointments, I will not go to another doctor.
