If it wasn't for Dr.Gutierrez I wouldn't be here today. She's by far my favorite and I'm more then proud to say she has delivered all 3 of my babies. I will always be forever grateful I got to experience all 3 pregnancies and c sections with her. I've been going to Obgyn for 5 years now. Mostly all of my family go there for their pregnancies as well. They are AMAZING!!!!

Office staff, efficient and polite, Dr. Lopez nurse very professional and knowledgeable. Dr López is a very compassionate, professional, expert in his profession. Total appointment experience very positive!!!

Ok my mother in law said how she loved ratleff who was willing to go above and beyond. So 2 months ago I contacted them to try to schedule with Ratleff. She was booked out 2 weeks, which isn't bad. 2 days before my apt I had to reschedule due to my kids being sick and highly contagious- don't want to bring those germs around expecting mom's. So new apt is another 2 weeks out. The day before my apt I'm called and informed the Dr I want is no longer seeing new patients. I'm upset because I would have already seen her except I was trying to be courteous and not spread germs. I spoke with management and was told I would get a call back to see if they could make an exception. 1 week goes by I leave a voicemail to find out what is going. Another week goes by and a machine calls and tells me I have an apt in 3 days. It was unbelievable and unprofessional. I called to reschedule again because I have a very young child that has to be watched by family when an apt comes up, which means I need a week notice to work with their schedule. It will be another 2 weeks before she can see me. The staff are idiots, unprofessional, and very unorganized. This Dr better be amazing. I'll update you if she is or isn't in 2 weeks

This is the most unorganized and unprofessional office I have ever stepped into. There is absolutely no communication between the doctor, receptionist, and clients. I had to reschedule my appointment 4 different times due to their lack of communication and knowledge of their clients needs. I had to leave work on 2 different occasions and change my schedule in order to get in. They ask you to arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment and still make you wait an additional half hour after your scheduled time. I waited an hour and gave a urine sample before the receptionist told me they couldn't see me. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

My doctor explained everything in HER way and doesn't even ask if I'm getting any of her nonsense. After results she sent me out and didn't let me know what to do from there. The nurse was stupid as well and didn't know anything from what I had asked her. Then forgot to give me my shot she was so concerned to leave because when I came back she was ready to leave. ELMA GUTIERREZ I'm very unsatisfied with her.
