My wife broke her upper arm and we spent 2 weeks in Alamogordo with no results. Went to Dr Schwartz and the office staff got us checked in very quickly, we saw Dr Schwartz and he explained everything to us about a reverse shoulder replacement. It was bad enough he was able to schedule the next day. Then his staff worked very hard to get the insurance approval. We stayed in Las Cruces overnight and we're called the next morning - the insurance was approved and we needed to go directly to the hospital. Dr Schwartz came in and explained further what he would be doing and after he came out and spoke with me. At her follow up visit, we were called in within 15 minutes and staff took exceptional care. All of our questions were discussed at length and everyone provided exceptional care. I highly recommend them and the office. Thank You Again. David W.

Arrived at 12:50 for a 1:30 appointment for my wife..... 4:00 and still waiting for Doctor. First time here and NOT IMPRESSED at all. I wanted to walk out but my wife wanted to wait. When the Doctor finally arrived at 4:30, I was impressed with him, but I needed awhile to calm my hostilities for the ridiculous amount of time waiting. He seemed competent and knowledgeable enough and my wife was happy with him, so I kept my self quiet. She needs surgery, so now we are waiting for a date. In my opinion, the Doctor is not the problem. It is the scheduling staff. I also need spinal surgery, but I seriously doubt that I will be coming here. Update~ We have been back here a few times since, including a necessary surgery and follow up visits for my wife. Things have been quite good! Seems that our first visit here was just One of Those Days for them, as well as for us. Surgery went exceptionally well, and follow up visits have been great.

Promptly greeted by professional staff. Had knee surgery, Dr. Harrington was amazing as well as his entire medical staff. Very attentive and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of orthopedic attention.

I moved from PA to New Mexico because I have chronic pain, osteoarthritis, A spine disease. I was under a lot of different doctors in PA one was pain management. I was referred to Dr Rovenshot. Worst Doctor I have ever dealt with in my life. He just plain dont care n worst bedside manner. I am high risk for medicines. I also have other illnesses as well. He didnt care one bit. Wanted me to take a medicine that would interact with other medicine I take. I told him the pharmacist will not fill the prescription because of other illnesses I have. He told me to quit watching tv that he knows best. A God complex I dont need in my treatment plan and to live a semi normal life with less pain. I don't need to stop me from being my own advocate. I have had medicines that have close to ending my life from side effects. I have to live in fear if my doctor doesn't care what meds he gives me. I am even allergic to stitches and BIOTENE for dry mouth it swelled my throat and tongue. I didnt make up any allergy on my list. All side effects as found in my blood. I even got thrown out of his office because I stood up for my health as a whole. I have to live with what these so called new meds do to me. I have 9 illnesses just from side effects! !!!! Stay away from this place!!! Run don't walk far from him.

Surgery by Dr Schwartz. Excellent, competent , personable physician. No complaints regarding any of the staff. Everyone did a great job. Highly recommend
