Been going there awhile ... Last visit new nurses or medical assistants not sure which .. waited lover an HR had two appointments drove from Deming lost out on a whole.day of work to not be seen I had other appointments after the two I had in that office back in Deming . I asked if I could at least be seen by one of the drs that I was scheduled with. The nurse said she was not going to rush her drs for me and wanted to know why I needed to be back in Deming .. ( it was none of her buisness )but I still answered her question.. I asked how much longer I still had to wait in the room. My 1st appointment was supposed to be at 225 when I finally asked when I'd be seen it was about 345. She advised me 20 more min and that I needed to understand the Dr was not going to be rushed. So I left without being seen by anybody .. called the office manager left my name and number so that I could make complaint and she never called me back this happend Sept 2017 .. since Dr felts left seems like they aren't as well kept.of an office and not very friendly.. the front desk ladies are awesome but the back need to go.back to school for bedside mannor. (Excuse the typos) I left the office upset and I tears..

Kathleen and myself had only talked with over the phone and I loved her. I now see her out and about in the community and give her hugs! They are very busy but efficient and kind.

July until know have yet to do surgery, Kathleen office worker is rude, no one has the right answers, they sent me with antibiotics, yet in my folder it has allergic to penacillen and yet that is what they gave me. No one let me know I had medications waiting for me at my local pharmacy, how i knew was my pharmacist called to let me know i had prescriptions ready. I DO NOT RECOMMEND...
