Decent holiday Inn Express. Small pool and a hot tub. Pool was a little on the cool side. Hot tub was clean and hot. Business center, pool and fitness center are open 24 hours!!! That's awesome. Breakfast starts at 0630 ends at 0930. Typical items... each day I had to ask for no less than 5 items to be restocked, omelets are cold, cheese in the middle is disgusting., sausages are cold and undercooked (soft, cold..i know they are precooked... Theree are easy ways to make it taste and look much better.

Did not make a reservation as holiday express inns usually have open rooms on weekdays. Upon walking in on 05/05/18 I was somewhat greeted by a female guest attendant. I was unable to catch her name but it was the evening shift around 6pm. She was extremely rude stating rooms were available but being saved for reservations or to be cleaned. Halfway through attempting to get a room a gentlemen walked in and she turned her attention to him it sounded like an ex meting her there to sign DVORCE paperwork while on the clock in front of other guests. Finally she went to discuss with this gentlemen about paperwork and another female came to the front. At that point thanks but no thanks. What kind of customer service is this?? Usually have great experiences with these franchises but this was terrible customer service non at all. Word of mouth gets around. Please train your employees or find ones that don’t handle divorce paperwork in front of other guests. Still In shock will not return.

I feel they should have the sink to wash up in, in the shower room. It disturbs the other person that is still sleeping, due to the fact that you have to have the light on, the water running and your battery operated toothbrush going. NICE clean rooms. Just put the sink in the bathroom where it "BELONGS".........

Nope. Black mold in the bathroom. Room smelled like dirty socks. Felt like I was going to catch a disease just walking into my room. Such a low grade dirty filthy place. You could not pay me enough to stay here again. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND sleeping in your car instead. This place has great employees and customer service, but the cleanliness level needs some serious help and attention.

Convenient location. The room was clean and comfortable. I loved that the pool is open 24/7 and checkout is at noon. Overall a frwat experience.
