The room was very nice and clean. The staff was friendly. We drive a truck and there was plenty of parking for us. Breakfast consisted of cereal and waffles. When we come through this way again we will stay here. We got there a little before noon and they let us check in early.

Doing major remodeling, will be better in a few months. Changed rooms because the refrigerator wasn't working. Didn't work in the new room either. Positive was a low price and convenient location.

I stayed here for 5 days, and only needed a clean comfortable place to sleep that was close to work. They put me in the smallest room they had, management would not move me to a different room because as he explained "got the room for too good of a deal". Management does not understand how customer service works, there is definitely a language AND a culture barrier. The manager and his staff fail to understand that each guest is a potential future customer and a referral source. They had a LOT of vacancies, the most cars I had ever counted in the parking lot was 15. The carpet was old and pretty gross but when they laid it 20 years ago or so they obviously didn't sweep the floors first there was all kinds of hard lumps under the carpet. The pool and the hot tub were broken the whole week I was there. The halls had a very bad odor, and you could smell it in the room as well. The free breakfast yogurt had expired 20 days prior to the current date. The grounds were not kept clean, cigarette butts and dog droppings everywhere! Very bad experience, I would not stay there again nor would I refer them to friend or even an enemy.

Hotel is being renovated, the new rooms are nicer but not thoroughly cleaned, still construction dust behind furniture. Spa and pool were closed for renovation that's why my 3 star rating. My for wouldn't lock, front desk told me to lift up on the door. This should have been checked after renovation!

I made an online reservation about a week ago and upon check in, the front desk clerk, with a part right down the middle of his head, mind you charged my card. I checked my account right after, as I always do, and saw my card was charged twice. I told middle part what had happened, so right away middle part starts stammering as if I had accused him of stealing. I was doing no such thing, just pointing out I was charged twice and middle part needed to reverse one of the transactions. So middle part assures me, of course it wouldn't go through and would clear from my account in a day, or two. I told him I will call if it doesn't and again, middle part gets all defensive as if I'm accusing him he stole from me. Well long story longer, My card was charged twice, the room was horrible, the building was under construction, which was not disclosed upon check in and middle part had the nerve to tell me to take my dog out of the dining area while I was getting coffee and on my way out and another customer stopped to pet him, so I took two seconds longer. Needless to say, pay an extra $50 and stay somewhere nicer if you can.
