Great customer service, competitive pricing and all around AMAZING experience.  I called because I had an issue with my heat & they were not only extremely responsive, but very timely.  I was very worried because I have little children at home & the temperatures were below freezing.  Luckily, they were at school & the young gentleman I spoke with (believe his name was Bryan) reassured me that they would take come have a look and try to get everything taken care of so my children could sleep with heat.  They came, assessed the issue and had it repaired in no time.  I was very thankful & would recommend across the board. Thanks HL Bowman :)

We recently had a toilet flush issue and slow shower drain issues in our finished basement. A good friend referred me to HL Bowman. My buddy said they've been doing HVAC and plumbing for a long time, and they're a local family business, so it sounded good to me. When I called HL Bowman they were actually able to get me in same day, but since I was still at work I just scheduled for the later in the week.  The scheduling component was a piece of cake!

When John from HL Bowman showed up, he was very friendly. Once he was shown the basement and the slow drain issues, he went to work immediately to begin diagnosing the issue. I felt very comfortable to let John do his thing, so I just let him work in the basement and storage area while I went upstairs. Can't really put a price on this type of trust and I really don't like to hover over technicians, so this was great! About an hour and a half later, John had the problem fixed. Turns out the  ejector pump that receives water from basement shower and toilet had some "twisted" pipe in it. John fixed the problem pipe and my basement plumbing was good as new. I was really fortunate that I didn't need a new motor or anything extensive. Also, I'm happy that John and HL Bowman are honest because I wouldn't have known any difference

Regarding price (because I know some people only care about that), I thought the HL Bowman charges were very reasonable. There were absolutely no surprise charges. I will certainly use them again in the future.

I’ve used them for the past 2 years for my home, rental properties, and business.  I couldn’t be more pleased with the service.  Extremely responsive and very reasonable prices.  Highly recommend.

We have had HL Bowman service our heating and AC for years, and have always been very satisfied. Our expectations for quality service were exceeded in every way, however, during our most recent Bowman experience during the "bomb cyclone" cold spell over the weekend of January 6-7, 2018. Not only did Bowman respond promptly during a busy and stressful time for their technicians, but the expert and caring service delivered by the on-site technician answering our call truly went above and beyond even what I would have expected from a quality company. After the initial visit to our home, this technician, having worked 16 or 17 straight days of long hours, still took time between other calls over that weekend to check in with us on our progress in thawing a partially frozen baseboard hot water heating system. He even went so far as to offer to lend us his personal electrical extension cord without charge. The fact that we didn't require additional cords does not lessen our appreciation for this act of kindness during a stressful time. And, thanks to the work done by this technician at our home that weekend, we did not incur more serious damage or additional problems. Further, we received excellent advice on preventing a future occurrence of the problem we had brought on through our own lack of knowledge about proper temperature settings during extreme cold. Quality people make a quality company. And the experience and caring of the Bowman technician who handled our call could not be higher. And, finally, the price charged was more than fair for the high quality of the service provided. Simply outstanding!
