I love this company!!!! Kim was always helpful on the phone. Chris not only came out and gave me an estimate with the best price, but answered all my concerns after I booked the appointment for the install. Rodney and Christian were the technicians who did the install. Both were very courteous and respectful of my home and animals, as well as being very thorough with the install of both the furnace and air conditioner. They made sure everything was done right and explained everything to me before they left once the job was completed. I could not have asked for a better team of people. I would highly recommend Regal to anyone and have already recommended them to three people I knew that are in the market for a new furnace. Thank you the team at Regal for everything!

I have been without water for over a week.  Last week on a Thursday Regal came was at our house for 3 hours then packed up and left,  when I called I was told they did not have any idea what was wrong and at the earliest they would be back on Tuesday of the following week.  I spoke with a supervisor on Friday night who told me that they could not come on Monday, but would touch base with me and be able to come definitely on Tuesday.  It is now 1:00pm on Tuesday, no call - no show.  When I called I was told he never committed to a specific day and again no idea when then can come.  They tell me being without water for a week is NOT an emergency.  I called Eichelbergers who is out of our area, but instantly said that it was an emergency and will be at out house in 1 1/2 hours to get it diagnosed and fixed at the latest tomorrow.  What a difference.  If this job was not something that Regal wanted to do I wish they would have told me last week so I could have looked elsewhere not strung me on for a week.  Shame on them!  Stay clear and question all they tell you!!!!!!

We are so pleased with the whole service area of Regal, Inc.  The installation went so well and they were courteous the whole time.  I have used Regal, Inc. for other plumbing needs and have always been pleased with their service.  Rodney gave us a good lesson on the new wireless thermostat and answered all of our questions.

Dan M was out to replace my faucet and spicket in the bathtub of my main bathroom. He was very knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. Dan went above and beyond in my opinion and took the time to explain some things that I need to look out for as well as some basic troubleshooting techniques. Dan was able to adjust and react quickly to some variables that were caused by the piping not quite sitting where it should have been. I plan to have Dan out in a few weeks to replace the same parts in my spare bathroom tub.

Professional, Friendly, Knowledgeable, quickly diagnosed problem, and after obtaining the  go ahead via Home protection Service,  fixed the hole in my pipe. Took the time to explain what he did and why and notified me when finished.
