My mother and I took a trip from Ohio to St. Louis... And we had late arrival... Let me tell you the the lady at the front desk was so warming and sweet when I called to let her know if our 11:00 arrival she took note and told us to drive safe.. when we arrived it was easy to find and the location was perfect.. our room was just like the website showed clean comfy with pretty decor. I loved the sink. Only thing no microwaves but the front office has one where they also offer coffee. We stayed 3 days 2 nights. We did not encounter any issues ALL the staff was friendly and knowledgeable about locations and directions. House keeping was on their job as well they were patient and very friendly their want a worker there that didn't speak as I walked by. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel.. THE STAFF y'all we're amazing thank you and I hope to return and see y'all smiling faces.

They are definitely doing a wonderful job upgrading from the inside out! Meaning don't judge it by how it looks on the outside, I'm confident that they will add its final touches to bring a beautiful all around balance! 5-Star clean which is a quality I won't compromise! The rooms look wonderful from the inside equipped with new upgrades along with all the amenities one may need plus more. At check in the gentleman named Ryan has been more than accommodating ! Thank you fine sir! (I'm just so exhausted right now I'll take more pictures tomorrow) plus the staff is just outstanding as a couple of the housekeepers were already off duty but help me carry all my items into my room . Thank you ladies! and I highly recommend this Red Roof over the one in Westport. Good job Red Roof!

The hotel is easy to find and they offer special room rates for Area Hospital visitors the check-in process was smooth the front desk personnel we're helpful and friendly. We arrived late but they still had our room reserved we asked for a late check-out and they gave us an additional hour to check out which was 12 noon the parking lot is clean and well-lighted but our room was on the second floor and the elevator was not functioning upon entering our room we noticed a stale smoke odor but not too strong the room was clean but kind of small as ours had a king size bed in it. The room has a TV with many channels to watch and a place to work if need be. The floors are laminate flooring with no carpet except Runners beside the beds because all the rooms are pet friendly. The bathroom was clean except a little dirt in the corner the shower and tub were clean so we had no complaints with the room the checkout process was easy we just left our key in the room and departed.

Rooms are getting run down. Basic maintenance needed especially in bathrooms. The bed is horrible. The mattress is all spring in your back. The mattresses need immediate replacement. If you're looking for a comfortable nights sleep, this is not your hotel. I recommend a few cocktails before trying to sleep on these mattresses so you don't notice how awful it feels. However, you will feel it the next day. My dog ended up sleeping on the floor and she loves to sleep in bed. The iron is missing from the room. The toilet seat is broken. Feces left in the toilet from last guest. Hair left in the tub from last guest. Do you think House Keeping actually cleans?

The staff were very accommodating. We ended up hanging out in the front desk area and they were nice and helpful. They have security too and cams outside doors. The room was pretty nice but the shower rooms entire design was very poor for any physically handicapped person to use. The shower bar especially. Also there was only one towel rack. Other than that. Would definitely stay again.
