I was here with the University of Wisconsin Group in early March. Was quite disappointed with the amenities of the room and that In Room Dining was not available 24 hours. That is understandable though. Main issue was that when I was outside late at night noticing the security officer lady just in her car playing on her phone. When I informed the front desk of it they shrugged. When I came down later in the night to check on my vehicle the lady guard looked half asleep in her car. This hotel is off a freeway and I felt very disturbed that it did not have a vigilant guard on duty.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... This hotel is always clean and the staff is always friendly. With the attached restaurant, it's so convenient to grab breakfast before starting our day of site seeing. Plus, you can't beat being so close to Forest Park and the major highways. We never stay anywhere else when we come to St. Louis.

The room is ok. There is not enough hot water in the morning for shower. The manager is not very cooperative. They ask for credit card for any extra services so guest what, i did not use any and they was not happy about it when I said it. Even though my lodging expenses were paid by my employer via direct bill Never again.

This place was awful, thank god I only had to stay here one night. The air was broken and the room stayed between 75 and 80 all night long which made it almost impossible to sleep in. There was also an awful sewer smell in the room and the hallways the entire time. Worst of all, staff was very unfriendly and had an awful attitude; the lady working the kitchen over stuffed the bagel drawer and they all started falling out as soon as I opened the door. I tried to stop them so all of the bagels wouldn't be wasted and the lady rudely told me not to get my dirty hands all over everything and when I tried to explain the situation she got a really bad attitude with me. I will be calling corporate to complain because that was unacceptable.

It's pretty standard as Holiday Inn's go. But the amazing cookies up front earned then a 5 star
