Worse hotel experience I've had in my life. I cant believe how poor the customer service is at this place. Hotel staff gave me a pan that still had food stuck to the pan. THE VALET WORKERS LOST MY KEY and then had the audacity to get frustrated with ME when I complained. This was after a valet worker left his hotel access key in my driver seat. Housekeeping leaves way too early and on numerous occasions failed to replenish items in my room. I have stayed at Hilton hotels in the past but never have I stayed in one that had such poor service. Ive had better stays at a Motel 6. As a Hilton Honor member Im disappointed at the lack of care the employees here provide to their guests and will not be returning to this location or any Home2 Suite again.

Don't stay in the rooms adjacent to the elevator you can hear it at all times of day and especially at night. Maybe hire a better contractor Hilton Corp lol. The staff needed work. They need to get better with there shuttle times, setting it up. As for there valet service, there's no reason why anyone should have to wait 15+ minutes for there car. Stuff was nice though.

Nice place, nice rooms, friendly staff. Only complaint is that the room I stayed in had to be pulled shut due to either swelling of the frame, or the metal bumper on it preventing it from closing without being forced. Otherwise everything was great, and the price was right. FYI, parking can be kind of limited in the area, but they do offer valet service.

First time at this hotel but definitely not the last. Loved my room. Everyone in the hotel was super nice and helpful.

The downtown location in Baltimore is a nightmare. The staff was super rude and the lobby wasn't very clean, so the room probably wasn't. You have to pay alot for parking and they cancelled my digital reservation and never informed me and we came from out of state. Luckily, we found another home2suites in white marsh, md. and it was lovely with free parking and an indoor pool at a much cheaper rate. I give the one in white marsh 5 star rating. It was very clean and the staff was very nice.
