I recently had business in Baltimore and my daughter and I booked a room at this hotel because it was near my destination. I am so glad we did!  The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, from the valet to the people behind the front desk. My daughter ordered a meal at the hotel, which she said was fantastic. The room was spotlessly clean and nicely decorated.

But the thing that really impressed me the most was the breakfast. Never in all my travels have I had such a wonderful "free" breakfast at a hotel. There were numerous choices, from an oatmeal bar and a yogurt bar with delicious toppings, to fresh fruit, to a hot buffet that included waffles, free-range eggs, sausage, potatoes, and other restaurant quality goodies. Not only did they have orange juice and apple juice, but they also offered many varieties of milk, including almond milk. It was truly delicious and you got to enjoy it in a comfortable restaurant setting. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is beautiful. The rooms were super clean, the staff is friendly, and there are 2 or 3 restaurants and bars in the hotel. It also has lots of big banquet halls and conference rooms available for weddings and other work type conferences. It's walking distance to Camden Yards (home of the Baltimore Orioles) and M&T Bank Stadium (home of the Baltimore Ravens). It's also walking distance to Inner Harbour which is loaded with things to do from an aquarium, to shops and restaurants, to live music and karaoke. This area has something for everyone.

Staff here are probably the most accommodating of anywhere I have been. They seem not to have ever heard of the word "NO"  
 Room service breakfast came within one minute of requested time (A first) Packed Bistro but very efficient in turnover.  Definitely upgrade to Regency Club - worth the price ( free breakfast, snacks, drinks and appetizers) most likely will spend less overall.  Suzanne went out of her way in getting my frazzled daughter a dessert when we thought we should be in the Club room and not in the Bistro Restaurant.  The attendant in the Club room also brought me a Oatmeal that was on the room menu but not on the Continental Breakfast. Hyatt should upgrade bedding, a extra blanket and softer pillows would be a nice touch.  Given the fact that they were totally booked everyone maintained their cool. Will stay again. Whoever trains the staff needs a raise. Thank you all for a pleasant stay....

The room was great. Service was efficient and hospitable. Location can't be beat! Be sure to book your room on the Harbor side for a fantastic view.. it's definitely worth the extra fee. Only one weakness, the room service and food inside the hotel, just mediocre. But, it's really not a problem at all with so many fantastic restaurants all walking distance. Try Sullivan's next door, it's just a step or 4 away. (Photo is the view from my room) :)

An OK hotel. It’s rather dated in terms of architecture and design although some of the public spaces and room fixtures have been updated. Obviously try to get a harbor facing room on a high floor. The club room is small and cramped. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Self park — it’s easy. A utilitarian experience that won’t send the pulse racing.
