Wonderful staff and great service. This is a great place to stay and the Inner Harbor... If you are in town to catch a baseball game it's a great location because it's 5 minutes walk away... Not to mention all the great amenities and restaurants available along the Inner Harbor... It also has amazing views and a lot of amenities that you can take advantage of!

Absolutely amazing. ALL of the staff were very friendly and made you feel like you were someone special. We had a Harbor View suite and it was gorgeous. I originally booked a city View King room but when I had mentioned it was our 1 year anniversary they went above and beyond and comped us an upgrade to a Harbor View Suite that is what customer service is all about. Royal Sonesta now has some more loyal customers who will return again.

We booked our hotel block with the Royal Sonesta and I could not be happier with our decision! I worked with Sheila leading up to the wedding weekend and she made the entire process easy and stress free. She was quick to respond to my questions and extremely friendly. Highly recommended!

We stayed in the premier king suite for Valentines Day. The room was better than the pictures on the website. The bathroom was absolutely beautiful and the garden tube much bigger than expected. Our room faced the harbor so we awoke the next morning with astounding views of the inner harbor! We dined at Explorers located on the second floor and the food was delicious. The service was awesome, the staff were accommodating and friendly. We would definitely stay there again! Highly recommended!!!!

Absolutely amazing hotel! Literally located across the Inner Harbor and within walking distance of everything! We had an exceptional view of the Harbor! We walked to the Cheesecake Factory and the aquarium as well at the mall! Conveniently located!
