The hotel was nice, we paid for a room with a view and breakfast. The parking lot is not really that nice so if you're willing to pay a little bit extra I would recommend the valet parking. The hotel itself is in a great location close to a lot of good things to see. You're also close to good restaurants. The hotel's restaurant was decent.

There recently for my company's holiday party. The event took place on two levels. There was a separate bar area and places to mingle outside of the main room. The decorations were nice and the seating was comfortable. I would recommend this place for other events like weddings or corporate meetings.

We were attending a company holiday event. The staff was very courteous and attentive. The food was good, but I felt it had been better in years past. I would recommend looking at the Sheraton Inner harbor if you are looking to host an event.

This hotel is the worst Sheraton I've stayed in. I arrived, and not only was the credit card machine broken, but they also lost my reservation. Since this was happening to all the guests, the check-in line was terrible. This continued for hours, so apparently they don't have a good way to fix things. The room was fine, but dated. The hallway smelled like smoke. The bathroom had random holes in the walls. Most of the outlets in the room didn't work. The coffee machine had water in it when I arrived, and when I plugged in the power adapter that everything else in the room was connected to, it started up and began sputtering boiling water all over the place. All told, it would be fine if it was a motel 6 at motel 6 prices. But, as a Sheraton, it was really bad.

Bed was very comfortable, nice pillows and warm weighted quilt. Room was nice. Other guests were noisy though, yelling and talking all hours and could here lots of stomping and banging but it was a Saturday night and it's expected. Overall enjoyed our visit.
