My husband and I go here for mini getaways.. We have been going here for the past few years now for Birthdays, anniversary, new years and simply when we need a little romantic time. The breakfast is so good and on point. We always have a room with a balcony and view of the harbor. My now husband proposed to me here.. this will always be our little spot. I do however think management was a bit better about 2 years ago but it's definitely not bad now. I'd say we have stayed here atleast 4 to 5 times a year the past few years. Front desk is always helpful. Downside.. keys always deactivate.

Dog friendly. Very nice staff. Not the most quiet place so understand that when booking. Inner harbor is a party location. Room needed some TLC such as toilet float kept getting stuck, bathroom door didn't close easy and TV stations kept cutting out. But everything else was great. No refrigerator or microwave.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I loved the "text us if you need anything". They were kind enough to give me late checkout as I had a morning meeting. Breakfast (continental) was very nice, oatmeal, cereal, granola, yogurt, and berries, plus pastries. Bed was comfortable. Only downside was the a/c compressor coming on was very loud.

My husband and I spent the night here on Saturday night. The location is great and the staff were very helpful. Unfortunately that is where the positives stop. The rooms were nothing special, could use updating and the walls were paper thin. The tub was rusted pretty bad. The lobby being in the center of the hotel and open to all the rooms creates a lot of noise also. Its unfortunate that they do not provide a mini fridge in a room that ends up being almost $400 after taxes. We were charged for valet parking even though we did not use it and mentioned that at checkout.

Room and hotel was nice but there was no bar for drinks. They did have a happy hour with free beer and wine but that was only for one hour. If you wanted a drink any other time you have to go elsewhere.
