My room had the best view. Traffic was a bit loud at all hours, but the view made up for it. Nice staff and very nice interior. Connects right to a mall or something. Has a REAL Starbucks in the attached mall (skip the one in the hotel). Great location, great hotel and convenient access to everything nearby, fairly centrally located.

Only bad thing about the hotel was paying $38 to park . Hotel was beautiful. Gorgeous views. Helpful staff , just wish I had known. Still would have stayed there , I recommend them highly. Gorgeous inner harbor view from the room

This is a good hotel who has a staff that tries to make your stay a good one. There was a mix-up with our reservation which caused a lot of problems in price and being able to find a room. But the staff worked on the problem and in 15 minutes had everything fixed at the original price with the right room. Staff was very professional and worked hard to make our stay a good one. The hotel is also at a great location next to all of the attractions and it is pretty up-to-date and has a lot of features.

This hotel is located in the inner harbor which, while there is a lot going on, is not the most happening part of the city anymore. It's also very traditional and feels a bit old fashioned. The room lacks outlets on the walls so I had to plug the iron into a lamp to iron my shirt. The rooms are large and spacious though and the staff was very friendly.

I was just visiting during Light City, I was not an overnight guest. The staff there, security and front desk folks, were absolutely amazing in fully assisting me with whatever I needed. I am incredibly grateful for everyone's help and would absolutely recommend this hotel. I would consider their help as going above and beyond in my book. Thank you again guys, you are the best.
