I haven't been here in months, but this is a great hotel. The room might be in need of a renovation, but it's usually really clean. The staff is also top-notch. The only thing is that the area is a little sketchy. But hey, I'm a city boy, so I'm used to it. Love this hotel, and can't say enough about it. The 4-star is because the hotel needs to be renovated.

Lovely staff and a room with a great View. It was a clean and well-appointed accommodation. However dinner at the yard was a very disappointing experience. Lackadaisical staff who I had to wave down every time. The restaurant was empty and maybe that was a clue. You would think a hamburger and french fries would be pretty simple. It just wasn't a well digested moment. The staff was too busy talking amongst themselves along with the hostess.

Very nice, high quality hotel. Great location and lots of nearby restaurants. Don't stray too close to the downtown area at night, it gets a little sketchy if you aren't near the stadium or the water front. Rooms are very nice and the beds are comfortable.

Excellent staff service. However, I booked a king size bed room and was given a room with two queen size beds. I was told that there are none available and I would have to wait. Considering I am only here for one night, that was not an option. Rooms are very compact and slightly dated. Bathroom is okay but could use an update soon. Again very small as well.

Rating is specifically for the hosting of a business celebration event. Setup and room decor was excellent. Food buffet style dinner included two different buffets to choose from and a large dessert table - food was good. Friendly and helpful staff, all in all a well supported event!
