This place was great. I had some unlucky issues with my room which is a bit dated with stained carpet and walls, but management quickly addressed my problems properly. The gym at this place was best hotel gym Ive ever seen. I would have paid for a membership here. Food service was great with tap beverage service on week nights. Small pool but wasn't an issue for me. Great patio/fireplace in back. Would definitely stay here again. If I had any complaint it would be that there was only one washer and it was pretty antiquated, but it got the job done.

Great location! Easy was to many dining options and shopping. Quick trip to Forest Park. Clean accommodations and friendly staff. Hot breakfast was fresh and they kept it stocked. Hotel could clearly use a bit of facelift, but not rundown. We will stay here next time we're in town!

Stayed here twice, each time traveling with family. As far as Homewood Suites' go, this is mid-tier. Staff is accommodating. Rooms aren't disgusting but definitely aren't kept to impeccable standards of cleanliness. Location is good... Close enough to most area attractions but far enough that room rates and parking availability (it's free) are pretty good. Decent mall is just across the street and in walking distance. I'd stay here again, but wouldn't be my first choice I'd traveling without children.

The location of the hotel is great for shopping or visiting local St Louis attractions. The view from our room didn't have much of a view. The hotel has an indoor pool and hot tub. They also have an outdoor fire place for those who enjoy peaceful afternoons outside. The staff was friendly, courteous, and professional. The room was spaceous enough for a family of four.

Great place to stay as long as the room is your only expectation. It was clean and quiet. However...pool (and hot tub) was a HUGE disappointment-way too much chlorine. Water was cloudy-to the point that I didn't want to get in. Gross! No one was able to stay in for long. You know it's bad when all the kids are asking to get out and go back to their room to watch T.V. Breakfast-AWFUL! We stayed for two nights. After the first morning, I didn't think breakfast could get any worse. I was wrong. On top of the food being horrible, I waited 30 minutes for the kitchen to make more batter for waffles. By then my family had all finished eating and I gave up. But not before deciding to opt for cold cereal. No milk. None. Hot cereal...no spoons. By then I was so angry that I actually went to the front desk. No apology, no nothing. Just an "I'll tell them". We would have been better off going to IHOP across the street. Oh, and if you're looking for happy hour and appetizers, yeah that only happens Monday through Thursday. That information would have been helpful when we called to make reservations and it was confirmed that they offer it. They just failed to say that it wouldn't be offered on the nights we would be there. Elevator carpet and carpet outside the elevator (very high traffic area) was INCREDIBLY dirty and in desperate need of a good vacuum. We joked about a broken toe nail that laid on the floor outside the elevator for the entire two days that we were there! And lastly, they refused to help us change our reservation, even if it was due to a death in the family. No class. I can't believe that this is a Hilton Hotel. Will definitely not be staying at this hotel again. Do yourself a favor and move along to something else as well. Not worth the money, not worth the disappointment.
