One of my favorite Ritz experiences. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The whole hotel - lobby, restaurants, and rooms - is gorgeous. Love the candy jars everywhere (my daughter was very pleased to see her favorite mints). The club level staff was top notch and every meal there was delicious! Also loved the gym, and the ability to walk to a few shops and restaurants from the hotel. The proximity to Wash U is perfect.

The Afternoon Tea was delightful. The food was beautiful and tastes great. The hibiscus tea was delicious. The Ambience and service we're great. It was perfect for a girls afternoon outing. Would definitely recommend this experience

I loved this hotel. Very nice and clean. Staff is super friendly. The restaurant in the hotel is delicious. The name escapes me right now, but the food was amazing. The executive chef even comes around to the table and makes sure everyone is taken care of.

You can’t go wrong here. Everyone is friendly. The rooms are beautiful. The best thing about this place is the Sunday Brunch. It’s a bit famous among St. Louis:) It is just a delectable selection of fantastic food. You will not leave hungry and they have something for everyone. From caviar to oatmeal or scrambled eggs... you won’t be disappointed. Very elegant and yet not over the top. We’ve enjoyed brunch numerous times. Seriously... so good!!

During my visit the surrounding area was under construction, along with the cramped city of STL the location was the worst part. After you get there the valet service is great, friendly, and helpful. The hotel has heater vents above the doors so while you wait it's not very cold. Inside the hotel the rooms and decor are really nice. The beds are super comfortable, and our room had a balcony which was a really nice addition. The restrooms were top notch with marble, and a great shower, and hidden toilet. Overall a great stay, and a great hotel!
