They sold me a car. Which went fine as far as car buying goes. But then it needed service and that involved talking with the dealers that sold me it again. After two months it became apart these people lacked all empathy and patients. I was blown off and repeatedly not called back. Short story they're all the negative steriotypes.

Reza and David are the best. Always provide great service, very helpful and give you a good deal. They helped me to get into new Civic 2017  EX-L. The car is awesome. Love it :)

The icon on dashboard showed low tire pressure.  I had important appt. but was afraid to not check on the tire. I was close to Honda of Hollywood and yhey took care of the problem in 15 minutes.  Not just air, but checking I didn't have a puncture and slow leak.  Able to get to meeting with stress free attitude.  These guys are always soooooo helpful.

I'll tell you why I hated this place. My HONDA car just broke down literally 1 mile from here on a Sunday evening. Naturally, I am trying to get this fixed at a Honda place. I'm trying to give Honda of Hollywood my business. And the lady that answered the phone was completely unsympathetic and unhelpful. 
She was so disrespectful that I went out of my way to call my regular service place, Robertson Honda in North Hollywood, and I am paying extra to have it towed there where they were very helpful and kind. 
I suggest you go out of your way as well to avoid Hollywood Honda. I'm dealing with a potentially major issue and they actively lost my business.
