When I bought my car from them, it came with lots of promises, like the 5x free oil changes. So when GM folded Martin merely refused me my last 3 free oil changes...and their services cost about double what I pay elsewhere!
They have a "VIP" program where they wash your car for free anytime, but you end up waiting for more than an hour+ every time - AND they do an average job at best...fine scratches everywhere!

My experience was very satisfied specially Gurgen. He is very helpful and caring always very professional and knowledgeable knows how to provide a good service. It’s all about good service. I am very pleased.

They could use some updates and because it's only one of 2 local service locations, they get super busy but everyone is really friendly.

the staff is really good, they are responsive and polite, but they could not put new part in the front suspension because they have to verify the source of the noise
