I was having a new car delivered and had been trying to sell my BMW for months but wasn’t getting any reasonable offers on my listings online. As my new car was coming in less than a week, I had to get rid of my old one quickly. I looked up online the quickest way to sell my car and came across Trade-In Solutions and thank god I did. I scheduled an appointment, went in and was surprised with how easy it was. Their office was extremely nice, clean and didn’t feel like a dealership at all. Their staff was extremely friendly and while my car was getting appraised they were very hospitable. Being that this was the first car I’ve ever sold, I was a little nervous about how much I should be getting or the paperwork process that would even follow. Both were explained to me very clearly and they took the time to show me the ropes on their offer process. Not only that, I only had to sign a couple documents and all the paperwork was handled. I’d highly recommend coming here if it’s your first time selling your car. I left feeling like I got all the information I needed and the right amount of money for my car.

Terrible customer relations & they obviously don't respect vehicles. They only care about the money the cars bring them. While I don't have a super fancy $300k car, I have a car that I take care of with a high-performance v8 and a manual transmission. I expressed my concern regarding the test drive that I would like someone who is experienced with driving manual transmissions and requested that they prove their skill to me rather than just saying "Trust me". We all know that everybody in the automotive industry lies, correct? So when I express a concern I expect to be reassured rather than belittled. They responded by belittling and negating my feelings of doubt and apprehension with "Well, sir, we have $200k, $300k cars come in all the time and they have no problem" Of course I will respond with "I don't care." and they continue to interrupt me rather than listen to me trying to say: "I don't care about the other cars, I don't care about the other drivers or owners or what people do. I care about my car & how it's treated because at the end of the day, if I decline, I'm the one living with the consequences of a burned out clutch" and yet they continue to belittle me. I said "I have no problem with someone driving it, but prove to me that they know how to drive a manual transmission. Everyone says 'I can drive one' but I don't believe them until they actually do. If they start to over-rev, I'm terminating the rest of the process & going home." They continued to belittle me and my respect for the vehicle so I go the guy to walk me to my car and told him he's not touching my car. On the way he continues with the "super expensive cars $300k worth and the owners have no issues. Never in my 32 years have I heard someone like you." I responded with "Those cars are all automatics. I actually care about my car, I'm going to live with the clutch after you drive it and unlike the people who have purchased the 300k cars where if they did have one a clutch replacement is a drop in the bucket but it isn't for me." And they continue to disrespect then criticizing me for saying "I don't care" telling me that that's' not how you talk to people. Nice job in preaching. Never going back, never dealing with them, never recommending them to anybody who actually cares for or respects their vehicle.

Sold my car in less than 40 minutes and got more than CarMax and those clowns cross the street in Burbank called Bidlane. What I liked the most was there was no B.S. involved trying to convince me to sell. Straight forward and they even caught two things that CarMax missed but still gave me 1100 more. The appraiser even said you'll lose 200 from offer today but if you don't have any previous offers get some so you feel comfortable with our offer. I didn't need to and was sold on the fact that they were so genuine. The staff was great. From the minutes I walked in until I was finished they were making sure I have a drink and comfortable. I even got a ride home. Look this is the place I'll come to next time. Hey TIS I already referred my causing to you. Thank you Jennifer and your team.

Didn’t want to sell my car privately so I took my time to go around to dealers and Carmax to see who offered the highest and then just pull the trigger. I started with TIS who gave me my first offer. After I told him that I was in no rush to sell, he surprised me by encouraging me to go elsewhere to see what other places would offer me. Long story short, I went to 4 different dealers and came straight back because Abe offered me $2,000 more than the rest. I figured the deviation amongst dealers would be no more than $500-$1000 but I was dead wrong. Coming here just made selling my car in the future a lot quicker and easier.

Had a wonderful experience with this company. Went to car max then just saw this company with perfect 5 stars.. so I ask myself, car max 3 stars... TIS 5 stars... hmmm which one... Anyway, we went and their initial offer was actually lower than car max. Talking to Abe was fantastic and educational. Abe considered where we driven from and he beat car max offer. Beating the offer is one thing... I think what I take out from this place was, all the staff member are so friendly... the office is also very clean and professional. I also like that they have valet service on a Saturday and they did not mind that I do not have an appointment. Overall, this company is worth to refer to our friends and family! As far as getting a good offer really depends... This is business. They are here to make money. They have criteria and follows them. Will they be able to make everybody happy? of course not... But with this solid number of 5 star reviews, tells you something... If a company is really bad, it will show - one way or another! Thank you everybody at TIS!!!
