WORTHLESS. Don't bother going here.  They are idiots.  If I could give NO stars I would.  I had an appointment for a fix for my 05 Wrangler on the O2 sensors which is a known problem, and Chrysler has issued a Technical Service Bulletin on how to fix it AND extended the warranty on the OBD.  My mechanic called them and explained the issue and they said they knew about it and I could bring in the Jeep for the fix.  When I got there, they wanted $155 for a diagnostic fee just to look at the car and didn't know what I was talking about with the O2 sensors or the warranty.  

They just want money from you, and spoke down to me like I was a girl who didn't know cars.  I drive a Wrangler Rubicon for crying out loud, I know a bit about cars.  You have to if you drive a Wrangler.   They are idiots.  After getting my mechanic on the phone with them, they still wouldn't help and just wanted $$ so I walked out.

Worst customer service ever!!! Left my jeep at 8am on a Monday no call back or updates I had to call myself to check on it to find out that they need it over night, they can't figure out what's making the ABS lights go off, that they'll call me back. Next day still no call backs I called to check and they telling me that I service advisor who said that was gonna call me had called off for the day. Another rep had to find out what's going on for me. Dont come here to service your car!!!

Service and parts Jeep are the biggest idiots I have ever met. I've never come across a group of such incompetent people in my entire life. The workers are literally morons put you on hold for 1-15 minutes refuse to help and make your life a living a hell. Just morons!

Love the service department.  The couple of times I have taken in my car they have been honest and not done unnecessary repairs and have been very quick fixing the issues.  The sales department is awful. The guy I was talking to about a purchase left yet they left his email on and no one answered.  Got another sales guy who didn't answer any of my emails yet kept sending me harrassing ones about how he was trying to get a hold of me (which he wasn't) and did I want a new sales guy.  Tried to talk to the Sam the sales manager about pricing and they told him I was waiting and he walked right by me without acknowledging me.  Obviously they had no interest in selling me a car so I went elsewhere.

I came in twice to get a quote for body work and both times they told me the body shop guy wasnt there and they couldn't give me one. I called both times before going and they told me to come in only to leave as soon as I came. I don't live near Santa Monica so it was a huge waste of time. Never going back there.
