Outstanding customer service. Not only did the cost end up being way less than I thought it would I also got my car back within 2 days. I would highly recommend and would definitely go back. I returned my lease and was not charged a penny for wear and tear. They never knew the whole car was destroyed by a garage door because the work was quality.

I have been a customer here over three years now and I can say that finally I found the place that feels like home. honest, quick, reliable, cheaper than most of the places would be. I have a Mercedes Benz. I can pop any time without any appointment and they would always go out of their way to fix the issue . God sents!!!! Thank you everyone who works there, love you Kenny!!!! I have know Kenny for over 15yrs .. He has worked on all of my cars.  BMW 745li 2003, E320 Mercedes Benz Wagon, 2007 CL550 . He is a great guy of Great Character.  He has always done honest and good business.  He is the reason that I purchase Mercedes today.  His knowledge of Foreign vehicles is Awesome.  If you have a used Mercedes or BMW this is the place you want to take it for repair.

The best mechanic in West L.A. Kenny and his team are nice, accomodating and makes sure your vehicle is taken care of and let's you know what service is needed in the future. Lifetime customer!
