I don’t know what happened!  I’ve loved WH nearly all my life and food has ALWAYS been consistent no matter which location. This WH had issues on this day. Usually eggs for omelettes are prepped in the “milkshake” mixer and it wasn’t. The scattered hash browns were so over cooked that I could pick them up in one piece. Both orders. The server was very sweet and apologetic. Her name is Stella. She was great!  We were so upset and hungry we didn’t leave her a gratuity. Just forgot and please forgive me Stella! I’ll be back soon to tip you my dear.

It may be just Waffle House to some, but they are mostly pretty special to me.  This is a great location with very pleasant service!Food: 5/5

The poor ladies working were freezing. The a/c was on full blast on the coldest night of the year. Other than that the ladies were great.Food: 4/5

+ I enjoyed the meal Grand Slam greatly. - I wish there was more space for patrons to fit in the booth too narrow between the fixed chair back and table edge.

Very crowded, waited maybe 20 minutes & standing for my food on my bad ankles. My bacon was one step from being burnt. It was hard, crunchy when I rather like a bacon strip that can bend. Hash brown with cheese was terrible. It's just a slice of American cheese slapped on top. I went home and added real shredded cheddar cheese, not a processed cheese like this was.

Paid $26 for food for me and my kids. They charged $3 for 1 small egg side and $3 for 2 small sausages. The cashier was friendly up until I didnt leave a tip then she became snobbish. The cook was clean and professional, my only complaint is that I paid more for what I actually received. The portions were smallFood: 3/5

Each waitress I've had has been well trained, attentive, and had good ole fashion southern hospitality. Cooks are definitely on point. 3 kids and a hungry husband always find something here through dine in or takeout . Thanks guys.

I wish I could it a zero out of ten. We sat there for over 30 minutes and in that time our waitress quit and the other waitresses didn't come over to check on us. Other tables food was being cooked, and we asked the cook, who said no. She didn't know what we ordered. I understand a bad day, but definitely could have filled in gaps! Corporate needs to take a better look!

Waffle House is always good, especially when on the road. Fast service and good food.Food: 5/5
