Took my dad who is here from out of town to his favorite restaurant for his birthday. I had never been to the Cartersville captain ds before. The experience was not good. The servers were polite but the facility was not very clean. This should have warned us to what we saw as we finished our food. We saw a cockroach crawling across the dining room area and made us sick to our stomach. This ruined not only our meal but also my dads birthday. For the price we paid, it was not worth it. We told one of the servers about the cockroach and left.
Delicious! Could tell the cooks and other employees to their time getting our order exactly right! All the food was fresh & beautifully displayed when the employee brought it out to us! Quick & reasonably priced for the amount of food we received.
I got the 3 piece fish dinner with fries and coleslaw. The drive through lady looked like she was on drugs. They also were talking angrily about the manager while i was at the window. I then received the smallest 3 piece meal ever. It wasn’t fish but fish sticks… a spoon of coleslaw and 19 french fries. I counted. I was so unsatisfied I had to go and grab a burger. This was probably my worst fast food experience ever
Ordered a fish sandwich. It looks like they took one piece of fish broke it in half so they could say there were 2 pieces of fish on the sandwich.when I called back they wanted me to save the fish till I am here next weekend and they will replace it. Really bad customer service. Fort Oglethorpe is worse they put stuff on the menu and then don't want to sell it to you. 1st time. Then next i ordered grilled fish and their grill was broken. In Fort Oglethorpe they have a long John silvers that is very good. And in Cartersville they have Shoney s which is very good. My last time to go to any captain ds. Just no concern for their customer and very very bad service and poor attitude.
Find their food to be a bit more salty and greasy than Long John's, but today the two fish filets I ordered were ok. The rwo hushpuppiies were a bit greasy, fries were good.Food: 3/5

Not happy with my visit. Looked like moldy substance in my cup from the soda machine. When I asked about it, the girl at the front counter just smiled at me and said that she would give me another cup. That would not have changed anything about what could be in the machine.
Waited in the drive through for over 10 minutes with no response. Sent my husband inside and he said they didn't acknowledge him, they were arguing with each other, and one employee even threw food at another one. He did eventually get our food, and when we took it home it was completely wrong. And on top of that, we received a cup full of greasy breading bits?? Like someone had scraped the grill, put it in a cup, and gave it to us. Insane experience, honestly.
NONE OF THE FOOD WAS FRESH OR WARM! The fish looked like it had been sitting out because the meat was DRY AF! I wondered how the worker had gotten the food ready so fast and now I know.
Wanted to try the new signature cajun sandwiches which were all on the signs outside the drive through. However when I tried to order 2 of them, the person did not have a clue what I was talking about. Her response was we don't have Cajun. Nor was it on the order menu. If you advertise something it should be available to order.
