Cozy hotel in Garden City with a nice spot along the Boise River. Staff is friendly and helpful. The company I work for typically hosts our larger meetings here, because the convention rooms can accommodate both large and small groups. We don't always stay overnight for our events, but when we have, the rooms have always been clean and comfortable. There's a restaurant in the lobby that serves a nice breakfast buffet, and the catering provided by the hotel (salad with pasta - both red and white sauce) was very good. There was a short hiccup during our meetings this year when the power went out. A member of the staff came by to check on us, and a few minutes later more staff came with cookies that had come out of the oven right before the power outage. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel is amazing. The lobby is impressive, as well as the grounds, the view, the pool, and on-site restaurants. Our room had a balcony overlooking Boise River. We sat out there a lot, watching the river which was right outside our room. There is a pathway that follows the river, and it allows you to walk, bike or skate. You can walk a very short distance to a restaurant on the hotel grounds or to another restaurant just past the hotel. Both places have views of the river, and the one on the hotel grounds has live music in the evening. Our room was quiet, clean, comfortable, and spacious. Everyone working there was friendly and very helpful, and the price was very reasonable. I would most definitely stay again!

Had a great stay! Rooms are spacious and nicely kept (shared a double queen with my pa). The river walk, although popular, never got old. We stayed three nights for a motorcycle rally/convention. Sandbar is an awesome place for food and drinks, but because it closes at 10 we closed it down each night. Staff was friendly and let us remain for quite a while during their closing routines. We then proceeded to close down the bar in the lobby, which closes at 11. Pat was the coolest bartender. Great stories. They represented Boise hospitality very well.

Hotel was very accommodating. The staff was very friendly and enthusiastic. Dinner and breakfast was amazing. Beds were very comfortable. Only downside was how loud the place was. Could easily hear guests talking outside our room. Cleaning service started vacuuming in the room above us at 8am.

Stayed for a work conference. Hotel was a little dated (especially the bathroom), but you could tell they were trying to make updates. The breakfast situation (which I had included with the room) was kind of confusing, but the food was pretty good. The best thing about this hotel is the pillows. Oh my heck they were amazing! I usually have trouble sleeping in hotels, but not this one. Man, I wish I could find those pillows so I could get some.
