I was here for a work training. Hotel staff are very pleasant and helpful. Great selection at their marketplace and they introduced me to another service where people bring food to your door. Which was awesome for them to share that with me. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Best sleep I've gotten in some time. Made it hard to get up in the morning.

Bed a bit uncomfortable. Room decent. Breakfast didn't vary much. I've had better. Bath tub not clean and shower curtain still had someone else's shampoo or body was on it. Yuck. Tried to go green and said no to towel replacement. Didn't know that meant they'd do nothing. No trash pick up even when I set it outside my room. In town on business at their expense but would never book on my own. I did not complain so I did not ask them to correct issues. When I did communicate with hotel staff they were very polite.

This hotel is clean, classy, pretty good continental breakfast and pleasant staff. I liked that the breakfast had items like muffins and yogurt that I could take to go because I came here on business and had to wake up early. The only complaints I have are that the central air in the rooms switch between hot and cold when you have the heat on. Seems pretty backwards when the temp hasnt reached what I set the thermostat too. The bed beside the air vent was too cold to sleep in for me. Also, I came back from work to find that my locks had been changed and I had to go to the front desk to get a new key. Not a huge inconvenience but they could have notified me that morning or the day before. I would probably return if I was in the city again. The rooms are beautiful for a respectable price (and my bathroom is 65 square feet!). I especially liked the extra towels and linens.

Room was nice, spacious & clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was the usual continental style. The oatmeal add-ins (brown sugar, chocolate chips, nuts, etc) were a nice bonus on a cold morning. A hot tub would have been a nice addition to the pool area though.

Good and clean facilites. Very attentive and friendly staff. Good selection and variety of breakfast items. Nice size indoor pool. Comfortable and ample rooms, including a sofa, large TV, desk and sink. Clean bathroom. Overall a quiet and restful stay. My place to go for my visits to Carmel
