The quarters are built for a service member on TAD; it's not intended to be a brand name hotel. If you want brand name hotel living conditions, I suggest you look into that. Check-in was quick, beyond the old guy asking 20 questions about the surrounding area. The rooms could use a refurbishment to touch up the areas that have gotten rough over time. Otherwise, the room is quiet and I got a good nights sleep.

This is the grosses place I have ever had to stay at in my 17 years in the military. Who ever Ashley is she needs to find another job because cleaning is not it. Its not just my room. Its a group of us who came down so about fifty others are having the same issue. Its dusty. The toilet has urine stains on it, the shower had all types of hair in it. the ceiling fan had layers of dust on it and its just gross all over. We have complained to the supervisor and nothing has yet to be done. Very disappointed that this it the standard.   The only reason it has one star is because it would not let me post with just leaving it blank!!!!

I checked in with my boyfriend late around 9pm and to my surprised the room was dirty. I called front desk to let them know and they said they would send housekeeping in the morning. we drove back to the front desk to get a different room which was still not clean. we left to get cleaning products and we cleaned the room. I would think an air force hotel would be cleaned. I very disappointed. next day housekeeping Katie wrongly caught attitude with me about check out time. then lodging manager came in to happily make sure I had my things together. I felt like I was being ambushed. we checked out at exactly 11:10, which check our is 11am. the staff besides the lodging housekeeping were unfriendly. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE EVER AGAIN!!!!!

Nothing fancy and a little overpriced but I needed a room that wasn't in the slums of Charleston so I booked here. 
The receptionist and the cleaning staff are very nice and accommodating. 

There are a few buildings in which you can be placed; just an FYI. They are all convenient to the main road on post, so no worries there. I stayed in the building by Arthur Street.  The smell of the hallway reminded me of a men's locker room-- you can definitely tell there are a lot of sweaty people that have come in and out of here. It's so bad I bought an air freshener for my room. 

The room itself was clean and the area is quiet. The bathroom cleaned and bed made. 

There's one tv channel: Fox 24. 
So I rented movies or watched Netflix on the slow internet. But hey, the internet is free so I can't complain, I guess. Just for $60 a night I was expecting a little more. 

Vending and ice machines on every floor, free laundry on bottom floor. No elevator. 

I'd stay here again because I felt safe and it was convenient to the shoppette and commissary, but I don't think it's worth $60/night. Maybe $40-45.

I haven't stayed here in a very long time but they were great when I did. I keep getting this suggested location to review each time I visit the clinic which I do often. Don't understand why Google thinks the clinic is the Inns of Charleston?
