I have called upon Integrity Plumbing several times and received nothing but the best service and care every time. They are simply the best plumbing service in Omaha.

Integrity Plumbing was a subcontractor on a remodeling and new addition project. Several problems were encountered during the process which included failure to protect water lines during construction resulting in pipes bursting which flooded the basement and caused severe damage to walls, flooring and contents. It was also recently discovered that they had incorrectly plumbed the drain line to the ice maker resulting in a slow leak that caused the formation of mold in the floor and the crawl space below the floor. After numerous unreturned phone calls and voicemail messages we were left with no other alternative but to contact a different plumber to repair the defective workmanship performed by Integrity Plumbing. By not returning phone calls and not repairing the defective workmanship, this company has demonstrated the opposite of "integrity". If I treated my customers like this, I would not expect to be in business long. Beware of doing business with this company.

Not sure what happened here. I had a plumbing issue and this company was recommended to me. He came out, took a look and told me he would order parts. I left 2 messages a week apart and never heard back. This was weeks ago. Very disappointed.

I have called Integrity several times. Mark is very honest and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond when he repaired my kitchen faucet. He checked and found that the parts were still under warranty. When I wasn't getting anywhere with the manufacturer, he stepped in and sent pictures to them. He could have easily charged me for the parts. Integrity is a perfect name for this company.

Integrity Plumbing is very great to work with. They are always quick to return my phone calls, and were very prompt with their service. I recommend them to all of my friends/family. We will use them for all future plumbing needs.
