Chris and Paul were friendly and clean-cut young men.  Both were prompt and fixed my toilet and my pipes and gave me good advise for any future services.  I say a good solid for both of them.

The Techs were fast, efficient and friendly. Jeff made sure the house was left clean and provided great knowledge and ideas for the future of our drain system!  Definitely would use Roto-Rooter again!

My appointment was scheduled for between 8-12 and shortly after 12 I received a call that they were running behind and would have someone out shortly.  At 1:40 I got a call that they were on the way and arrive about 2pm.  Paul was very nice and professional.  He tried to fix my frozen drain pipe but after an hour was unable to get through the ice.  So essentially back to where I started minus $112.  Paul offered me some tips but most I had already been doing so I may have a much larger problem on my hands.  I plan to call and follow up with them tomorrow to discuss further options from here.  Paul gets a 5 stars for his efforts but I really hate waiting around all day past scheduled time of an appointment so only 3 stars for that.

Jeff did an excellent job fixing our bathroom sink and toilet.  Very nice guy.  I plan to call him again if we should need any other assistance.

They came out the same day that I called. They made a diagnosis very quickly and corrected the problems in both showers in my home. The price was also lower than what I was originally quoted. The technician aslo referred me to a specialist that could come to take a look at the roots that had grown into my basement shower. They were quick professional and knowledgeable.
