I moved into a home and made the mistake of drilling into our copper plumbing while attempting to hang a bathroom shelf.

Major Drain took my emergency call at 11 pm and sent someone over first thing in the morning. Sean was knowledgeable, professional, and saved the day. He worked quickly and did his best to keep the construction at a minimal. 

These guys know what’s up. Would 100% recommend.

I LOVE Major Drain! I got an estimate from another company for $2100 to replace a water heater and $400 for "just a repair." Major Drain offered the replacement for $1200, but DIDN'T go for the up-sell, and told me that they could fix the problem for under $200 because the tank showed no problems.  Very helpful about helping me decide between replacing the tank and just doing the repair with absolutely NO PRESSURE.

Had a Major Drain driver cut me off in the car wash today. got out to tell him he cut in front of me. He say "so what". "Major" Professionalism at it's finest. Way to represent Omaha Major Drain.

After a shower yesterday morning, I found water starting to flood my utility room. I asked a friend who said his buddy at Prestige Plumbing always recommended Major Drain for these types of problems. I called and they scheduled a tech to come out at my convenience which happened to be 7:30 last night. It turns out the tech, who was there right on time,  was co-owner Shawn Lee. Very nice guy and he had our main drain cleared in no time, and I have to add, at an extremely reasonable price, even with the added evening surcharge. They have a new customer for life! It is understandable why they have so many good reviews. It's because they deserve them.
