Because I read so many bad reviews I wanted to write about my experience at the Erie IRS office. I do not like the IRS just like everyone else. I did not have a good experience trying to get my problem resolved on the IRS website or on their call in helpline. Finally the lady on the IRS helpline said you need to go to the local office and they can help you. I had an appointment and went to the office today. The worker there, Patrick, was nice and helped resolve my 2 issues. I wish I would have went months ago.
Rude and racist lady. She was so mean to me and my wife when we were doing our taxes. She treated us like we were criminals. She was so annoyed and huffing and puffing over everything. I have never met a ruder lady. To make things even worst it's been over 6 weeks since I filed my taxes through this office and the IRS states they still have not received anything from this office. Everyone in this office needs to be fired and replaced
The numerous people I have talked to are rude & incompetent. I have not talked to one respectable person in the 8 hours I've been calling/placed on hold today.
Drove from Cleveland,Ohio to this location due to appointment availability. Horrible customer service.The woman who I dealt with acted like she was annoyed by my questions and seemed to huff and puff for having to do her job. Tried paying my balance in full due to a very time sensitive situation and this office never submitted my payment to be processed after waiting 2 months the IRS had no records that my payment was ever received or made through this office .
Racist n rude this rude women i risk my life 2 drive from. Jamestown ny 2 erie pa solve an emergency but ur 2 2 busy sitting in ur comfy desk she has a nasty attitude not willing 2 help God have mercy on u u should be more caring never know when u loss ur job n also need help
I’ve been calling for weeks they’ll say go on the website &’ The website says to call I’m so annoyed it’s seem like nobody wants to work tried calling the 1800 tax number nobody answers.
Never can get anyone on the phone when that’s the only way to fix the problem you have. don’t know why it’s so hard to answer a phone. I mean if you can’t answer a phone then maybe don’t get a job that requires you to that exact thing.
You guys want me to file my taxes promptly but I need the PIN number to electronically file my return and I can't get through to get the pin and I can't get the pin online because I don't have a mortgage or auto loan..... what am I supposed to do????
Still never received my 3rd stimulus
