One Guitar Center employee was working 3 areas of your store. To his credit, he was doing good, but to the consumer time is money as we all know. Maybe low volume of sales, having to cut hours or what, another set of hands would of helped. Even if it was Sunday.
I love the store, and make presents known a minimum of 2 days a week. I’ll go in talk with your staff, saying what’s up, then playing a guitar or bass. 90% of the time I’m there, I’ll make new friends or have a similar interest that leads to talking and laughing, with fellow musicians. Many of times there will be someone standing back, or right up on me listening to me riff out. I do have the Metal/Punk/Post grunge/all original looking about me.

Obviously a great place for guitars and equipment but this specific guitar center is poorly ran when it comes to closing times. I’ve been here multiple times an hour before it’s supposed to close and it’s closed. Change your hours or stay open until the posted closing time! You’re wasting other people’s time. Going to go to Dietze or do all of my guitar shopping online if this continues.

It's difficult for a chain store to excell to me, but we had a positive customer service experience here. The associates left us alone when we wanted, and offered high quality help when we needed it. We came away with everything we wanted and no lingering questions so four stars.

Huge selection of just about any kind of musical equipment you might need. Prices are reasonable. They also do lessons and repairs.

Wish I could give less than one star... Wal-Mart for beginner musicians. If you're not an aspiring beginner guitarist, this place is not for you. I've been a drummer for over 20 years, guitar center SUCKS for drummers. You'd think a place that puts the local drum shop out of business would have semi decent gear... NOPE. Oh you have questions that are slightly more complicated than ' what is fender?' Better Google it. GC can't help. I took a snare drum that needed fixed to them(It was a simple fix that I could do on my own, just needed a common part) did t have the part. Not because they ran out, but because guitar center don't carry it. Don't put the local drum shop out of business if you can't take on their business.
