Terrible.   When asked a question the staff suggests "go to the website" or "call the 800#" for an answer. The 800# is manned by non English speaking reps, the language barrier is atrocious.   Just horrible customer service.  Negative 5 stars.  It's back to Verizon I go.....

Terrible. Red headed woman was high as a kite and  wreaked of weed. Dropped my phone off to get pictures transferred over, she said it was done. Not one picture was moved. Men treated me like I was some dumb woman who didn’t know anything and accused me of lying that my pictures weren’t moved. Wanted to be in the store for less than 10 minutes, ended up being over an hour. Terrible service. Didn’t even get my pictures transferred over after 3 hours. Completely ridiculous. DONT COME HERE! Would give negative stars if possible. Sprint should just put this store out of its misery and close it or fire every worker there because they’re all incompetent to the max.

The guy that helped us at the sprint store was very helpful with explaining the deals and helping me pick out a phone.  They ended up not having it in stock but the manager found one in omaha and went out of his way to get it.

Every time I come to this location it is a hassle.  This morning I showed up and there were no other customers in the store, but before I could finish my sentence a sales associate interrupted me to let me know that any kind of issue with a phone has to be handled by a tech, and none of the 5 workers were techs, so I'd have to come back later in the day.  I immediately drove to the location on 114th and Dodge.  Once I got there, I explained that my phone was having problems syncing to my gmail account.  It took all of 2 minutes for the sales associate to take my phone and ask another associate their opinion and then fix my phone.  I am very thankful for Doug and the other associate at the 114th and Dodge location.  I am always taken care of at the 114th and Dodge location, but never the Oak View location.  I STRONGLY recommend that you do NOT take any Sprint business to the Oak View location.

Was not very helpful when I visited for an upgrade. Go to 72ND & Dodge or order online.
