Great place!!! Employees were very knowledgeable and friendly. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes. Doing a phone upgrade was all, but to do that at our local Verizon here in town, we would have been there for over an hour. Definitely worth the drive to go to this location. EXCELLENT!!!!👏👏👏

Having a working phone is a very important part of my life these days and perhaps walking into a Verizon store just before closing time isn't the best idea but life happens so im expecting the worse when I walk in I see 4 customers and just one employee any other day I would have turned around and walked out but this young lady I believe her name was Kristine  was so helpful and concerned about our phone Issues she handled one hostlh customer and everyone else to satisfaction in a timely matter with a smile on her face. We will be back! Thanks

I went to this store to buy a $900 phone. The sales associate had some difficulty adding it to my existing plan, so she just said "it's not letting me add it" and gave up. She spent about 20 minutes pressing refresh on her computer and trying the same thing over and over again. She didn't ask any other employee or make any phone call for help. She just gave up and told me she couldn't add the phone to my account. Horrible customer service, avoid this store!

Very friendly always greeting when you walk in and the questions you ask they will have an answer for you and always will let you know what pkg fits you.very happy with this lication
