I thought the hotel was a nice little place. We weren't able to get there until 11 pm and she stays on the premesis and was kind enough to check us in at that time. We did call ahead and let her know we would be arriving after check in time. She was plenty friendly and courteous. The room was updated and nice. I liked the shower and the tiling in it. The microwave and fridge were clean. The tv was big and hung on the wall for easy viewing from the bed. I have 3 complaints about the place though. 1. It was nearly impossible to shave in the shower. It was kinda small and hard to bend over in and there was nowhere to prop your leg up for easy shaving. 2. The tile floor was quite slippery when wet. I almost slipped a couple of times in my shoes. 3. I discovered a used condom under the bed on the day we were checking out. It was disturbing and gross.

We booked a room here for a total of four times now and it has been awesome every single time! I love the ladies at the front desk!

Though it is an older place, it is very well kept up, rooms are very clean and include a microwave and mini fridge, staff is nice and it is located within minutes of Historic St. Augustine. Also restaurants and a convenience store within walking distance. I would recommend it, a great value.

Great place to stay! Owners keep it meticulously clean inside and out.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was small but clean and a good value. This Inn is centrally located and within minutes of downtown St. Augustine shops and attractions.
