Quaint, clean and fun. The staff is remarkable.  I would like to add that I received a handwritten thank you note from the staff about a week after. This type of customer service makes you feel great about your choices and is so rare.

Emailed about a party of 11, didn't get a response until a day after we visited. They don't take reservations, even for larger parties. We came here for my birthday. We waited an hour and a half, almost two hours for seating due to what I think was lack of wait staff. Empty tables were everywhere but staff refused to open any of the empty dining areas. They seated people that came in after us in areas where they could have pushed tables together. We even asked if it would help if we were seated separately. Had to ask several times for the specials menu, and they provided only two for a group of 11. Food was cold, but they did comp one of the appetizers. The quality of food compared to other visits was sub par at best. One lone server came to sing a two line birthday song, and told me they were out of candles. Won't be back during the weekend.

Great service. Great quality food. Cute tiki hut seating. Wonderful wildlife viewing. We saw dolphins, sea turtles, egrets, gulls and fish. Prices fairly reasonable. Will check it out again someday.

We just had a great time while we were there. The food and drinks were great. The young man I believe Zack was his name who was cleaning some tables was really great when we had asked for something. He went out of his way to accommodate us even though he wasn't our server. He was very sociable and just a great young man!

Great restaurant, cool tiki huts over the water . Reggae Sundays are great fun. Baby alligator enclosure is a hit with the kinds. Yummy seafood! A must if you are visiting St.Augustine.
