This location is TERRIBLE!!! Their customer service is predicated on your ethnicity! I have been a FAITHFUL customer of Rogers and Holland for years as well as my parents, all our diamonds and other jewelry desires have been purchased from the Calumet City location but this one was closer so we thought we would receive the same service! ABSOLUTELY NOT! I special ordered a pair of everyday white gold hoops and they came back broke, very thin and unoperatable. (Completely different from what I ordered) The staff didn't care that what I ordered was not what I received! I didn't leave the store with the product, I returned them and plan on NEVER returning! Orland's location needs a complete overhaul of management and customer service representatives IMMEDIATELY, otherwise I don't see their sales going very far! Please visit other surrounding locations if you can!

We went to several stores and couldn't quite find what we liked and within our budget. The patience, care and humor demonstrated by Brad was unforgettable and truly appreciated!!  He created something for us that was truly unexpected. Thank you so much for going the extra mile Brad!
